Feedback surveys is a new function for group activities. It is now possible to create a survey with any questions and send to users by email.

It is possible to have multiple surveys running at the same time. For example, you can have the different survey for bike class and another one for body pump.

Extended options for admin rights

We have extended options for admin rights. Currently, there are two types od user roles:
a, Administrator – full rights, an admin user has access to all settings and bookings
b, Staff – limited rights, no access to settings, only bookings and users are open for changes

The new feature is an ability to add or remove rights for staff members. For example, staff member can’t delete a booking, change credits or cancel users accounts.

New feature for childcare

Some of our customers that are using our system for childcare needed to know and keep more information about children.

Each child now can have a separate account that is linked to the parent's account. It is possible to store children age, birthday, medical conditions and contact numbers for both parents.

Cancellation policies update

Cancellation policies update

Cancellation policies are rules set for users that allow/disallow to cancel their booking. This feature ensure's that booking are not cancelled at very last time. There are now three options for policy settings:

a, time before bookings
b, set time for each day
c, a percentage of a booking cost - NEW FEATURE

Improved mobile experience

Improved mobile experience

We have improved the mobile experience of our booking system. The system is now using responsive design; it means that the system will display correctly on desktop, tablets and mobiles. 
The group bookings set-up will show fewer days on mobile devices. If the system is using hourly set-up it is now possible to slide screen across natively, there is no need for sliders.
